Rise focuses on the profound connection between your brain and body through our individualized sessions tailored specifically to your goals. In a session, we will detail out specific compensatory movement patterns that contribute to a multitude of functional problems. Incorrect movement patterns lead to poor force absorption and therefore leave you more prone to injury. With a series of sessions, we can retrain your brain and body to develop correct muscle memory. With Rise, you will learn what it truly feels like to move properly and enhance your overall well-being. Meet our Founder

Meet Kelci Gatling, CPT a former Division 1 Gymnast and All-American athlete with a passion for building relationships and helping people. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Master's in Physical Education from the University of Arkansas, spiking her passion for teaching people how to move. Her true joy is in helping them understand how and why it all works together. She is a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in correcting body mechanics, mobility, and sport specific performance training.  Now residing in Simpsonville, SC, Kelci enjoys family life with husband Chris and their two kids, Turner and James, while inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals.
